2.1 How can I complain?
Of course it is annoying if you have a complaint about the service you experienced. However we kindly ask of you to report the complaint to our customer service. This can be done by e-mail, regular mail or by telephone. Our customer service representatives shall process your complaints and try to solve these to everyones sastisfaction.

Upon receiving your complaint you shall receive a confirmation. We will process the complaint within 14 days after receipt. If it might need more time we will contact you. If you do not appreciate this you can contact Stichting Webshop Keurmerk for which Parts4GSM is connected to.
